Shipping Policy
Processing Times:
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Pre-orders: Good things take a little time, babe. ✨ Preorders ship within 7–14 days of your order date. Once your goodies roll out of the garage, you’ll get an email with all your tracking details so you know when to expect them. 🚗💨

U.S. Orders: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns:
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order. Clothing is the ONLY exception.
Stickers, air fresheners, pins = final sale
Clothing = exchange only for size
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@nenasgarage.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to make it right.
Custom Items & Limited Editions:
Due to their made-to-order nature, all limited edition or custom products are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
